After reading reviews on this cafe, breakfast was needed, so today I drove for an hour breakfast was ordered, Sarah's special, fantastic, eggs, salmon, fresh and tasty. Coffee and great service. Quiet because of virus, but when you have worded all week I just had to make a visit. People phone to book.
After a couple of yrs, the impression this little cafe has left on my memory is very good.

I recently had my special birthday event here after hours, it was a fantastic evening all round. If you’re after an intimate evening with great food, attentive staff, ambience and just a very pretty setting then this is the place. We had Mediterranean platters, great quality food - the chef is pretty amazing here and tailored the menu for my night. Food and wine was just excellent and the staff were amazing, they made the night!
I have to recommend this place for special intimate events, with excellent food and service!

First visit to Lime Tree for Caribbean night.
Staff very attentive and friendly. Food great, the jerk chicken was particularly good.
Need to return to try the breakfast.
Looking forward to visiting again soon.

I've had a great experience on my second visit. I visited with my wife for brunch and drinks. The staff were welcoming, and whilst busy, they moved us to a suitable table once seating became welcome. We were going to eat at Caltado's however, after being rudely moved 3 times table to table, we had enough and tried somewhere new (to my wife). Food was great, drinks were also great. The staff were pleasant to deal with. I will likely visit again.

Went here for lunch today. Even though it's a small place the waitress made every effort to find a table for my husband and I. The coffees were great and the food was delicious. Great service and food.

Great spot for coffee and a bacon sarnie. Staff are friendly and polite. Good selection of cakes and menu choices. Downside is the location, sometimes cold when sat eating, needs some warmth to give a cosier atmosphere.

Had a delicious lunch there this week with a group of friends ( Bunnies).Both the owner (Jane) and the manager ( Marcel) made us feel so welcome from the minute we walked in. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely decor and the food was delicious, I will definitely be going back. An absolute gem.

Obviously a very popular place: we had to queue for 20 minutes to get in, but the wait was really worth it. Best full English breakfast? Not the best I've ever had, but very close and very enjoyable.
Once we were seated, service was friendly and we didn't have to wait too long for drinks: a large pot of tea for him, and a cappuccino for me. I did like the funky sugar sachets!
We'd both gone for the regular full English: himself with fried egg, I had poached. Full marks for lovely runny eggs.
The toast was good, I really enjoyed the non-gluten.
The only (very slight) letdown were the local butcher's sausages: from the description on the menu, I expected more flavour, but found them slightly bland, lacking seasoning and perhaps a few herbs.
That being said, if we stop over in Wolverhampton again, we'll definitely be back to try more of their interesting and varied menu.

I hadn't been here for a while but I couldn't have been more impressed on my return. My friend and I had the best bacon and egg sandwich in a cafe ever. Well done. The atmosphere was great, Staff very friendly and the pot or the tea great.
