Went through the drivethru and got our food fast. then after we parked and started eating we realized two of our burritos weren't grilled like we asked. we then called to ask if they could remake them and the guy who answered the phone was very understanding and very kind. he immediately got our burritos redone and brought them out to us. he also added in some cookies. he came out and apologized and told us to have a good day. i see a lot of negative reviews and thought id share my positive experience. accidents happen, and from my experience working in fast food it is easy to make a mistake. but this man did the above and beyond for us. if you see this, thank you. i believe his name was ryland or rayland, something close to that. man deserves a raise.

Lastnite, around dinnertime 4pm to 7pm; 6 elderly women ordered 6 three piece dinners...from the wisc rapids, location. When, I went to order the employee; informed me that the fry cook, was not there! There would be no chicken for 1 hour! Now, the Ladies could not eat, because they have a gathering at 6 p.m. to go to. They been crying and whinning, about it ever since, even into today! Can you make sure this don't happen again? I don't want to look like the bad guy, when trying to help!

According to my receipt, Angela was my cashier, so I'll put it honestly: She was very rude, interrupting multiple times while we were placing the order and slamming the drive-thru window on us. With that in mind and also an incorrect item, I would've gladly walked into the building and confronted her, if you guys would ever open that lobby again.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The woman in the drive though was very rude to my friend and I when we asked a couple basic questions. By the time we got our food, it was cold and burnt. There was also a hair in my chalupa. Terrible service! If they're understaffed that bad, there's no point in keeping the store open and serving bad food with a bad attitude. Just my opinion!
