The Tracks

We were visiting from out of town and heard great things about Tracks. Pics on the reviews had our mouth watering. I tried to order delivery but they said it's only for large orders. So we got take out instead. Tried to order a ribeye, but they didn't have any. Okay. So I ordered hamburger steak, loaded potato, and side salad with ranch. Also wanted a pimento grilled cheese, but was told it was a pimento BLT. So we got that with homemade chips. The bread on the sandwich was barely toasted and cold, almost no pimento cheese on it. Lots of shredded lettuce. Not good. Homemade chips were okay. The hamburger steak seemed to be a patty they use for burgers that was covered in brown gravy, mushrooms from a jar, and red onions. The potato was okay but we didn't find the butter and sour cream until we went to throw the bags away- so that's our fault- but no one even told us they were tucked into the bottom of the bag. The salad was terrible- shredded lettuce was watery, maybe 4 diced tomatoes, COVERED in shredded cheese- sadly its the only pic I took. The homemade ranch was good. So basically a total fail. Ended up hungry, so we went to Subway across the street and CATHERINE fixed us up with an Italian BMT. Sad when I could have just started so close to my hotel, left out the drive to Tracks, and saved the $30. . . . .

My elderly Mother orders from them all the time, they are always on time to deliver to her home, as she is disabled--and so is my Grandmother!! They love their Hamburger Steak Meals, and their special meals weekly!! My Mother is near 80, and has had surgery, they are always kind to her and sometimes give her extra items--because she orders so much for delivery!! I take my Mom breakfast, but she always orders lunch and dinner from Tracks, and Mom always Loves everything they cook!! Great Restaurant!! Great People!! Thanks for being there for my Mother, and Grandmother--They Both Love your Food and your Service!! Richard

The food was good, BUT we were charged more than the menu stated. We ordered 2 fried catfish poboys which were $7.95 each on the menu they handed us at the table. However, when I go to pay at the register, they tell me they are $10.95. They said I was looking at an old menu (which is the menu they handed me). Just bad business & customer service.

Unfortunately this place has really declined recently. They do not have enough servers. We waited a long time for our orders to be taken and then an eternity to receive our food. And then our orders were wrong. I sent my order back. It was brought back to me STILL wrong. Seriously, how hard is it to make a salad correctly with all of the ingredients that are listed in the description on the menu? Our server was nice and was working hard. Unfortunately, she was stretched way too thin.

We stopped in today for lunch while riding the backroads for lunch! Waited a while for our drink order to be taken, then we had appetizers which took longer than I thought considering the amount of people in there, finally ordered, 3 of us ordered salads which were delivered right at the same time our meal was! Mine was not what I ordered, I told the waitress this is not what I ordered, she said yes it is that’s how they come, I said no this is not what I ordered, she turned and walked away, so I left it un-ate on my plate! One of us ask for coffee, since it was very cold in there, she said, let me make a fresh pot, never got our coffee! Waitress never came back to table to see if we needed anything! Did not enjoy this place at all, and will not be going back, nor will I recommend it to anyone else!

I will definitely not be back to eat there after tonight. My wife ordered a country fried steak sandwich and my daughter a hamburger and fries and I ordered fried chicken strips and fries. The waitress brought my wife and daughters order out and said Yours will be ready in a few minutes. Well my wife and daughter finished their meals and I went and asked where my food was and told them I was not paying for mine. They said they would bring mine and not charge me. The waitress never refilled our drinks. I didn’t leave a tip either.
