C’mon, the hard shells are paper thin. They’re now just impossible to take one bite without the whole taco falling apart. Last three times have been bad.. like no steak in the taco.. how-is that forgotten? Both of them
And.. I’ll just go ahead and say it.. the prices.. no

I love Taco Bell, however I went there tonight and ordered 40 dollars worth of food, I heard a worker tell another worker(who was definitely new) to give back his spatula and go get her own, she was trying to help the best she could and he was rude to her. Then he said these are ridiculous orders out loud so the whole lobby heard him. I understand the short staff but you still need to hold a good sense of professionalism.

Really enjoy this place. Fast food tacos, burritos, nachos. When you gotta have it you gotta have it!

- Do not go there late at night unless you want a half filled burrito, slapped together, with 1 Tbs of meat

This place used to be great. I understand becoming burnt out, but that doesn't mean one should compromise their own work ethic. Literally every time, my sour cream and the other ingredients in my burritos are not evenly distributed.
It's difficult anymore these days to want to choose to eat here. Hopefully soon they'll have some better staff.
