The restaurant looks good and the staff were nice. The pizza was terribly disappointing. It is premium priced (around $20 for a medium) but the bases are chewy and dry, and a little cracked on the bottom. The margherita had all the trademarks of a bad one - too much cheese and tasteless tomato sauce. Likewise for the pizzas with toppings - too much topping but not not enough taste. You can easily get better pizza at almost half the price.

I was the only person there which should have been a hint. The staff wasn't friendly. The food came in about 7 min and it wasn't hot. The pasta had no flavour and was kind of gross. I just picked out the pasta. I don't think the sauce was great either. I've been to the other Basilico which is incredible but this one was a massive disappointment.

Basilico: fairly unique pizzas, along with other common Italian offerings in a clean and fresh environment.
The service here was great; every employee seemed bright and helpful. Tiramisu was some the best I've had in a long time as well. Check it out if you're into the pizza scene.

Great meal. I had the eye fillet and was so tender. Thanks guys for always cooking an awesome meal. So good to be able to order steamed veggies with your steak instead of chips. We will be back for sure 👍👍

It was so bad my food was crap the pizza was carbord and MY parmigiana was burnt and yuck don't go to this place I recommend mc Donald's over this it shouldn't be on chapel st

The food is only average! Not so bad balanced with the price! There are cheaper places with better risotto!
