Chicken was fresh at this location and it didn't take too long for meal to come out. Did have to wait out front after going thru drive thru but the guy who brought it out was pleasant and although they forgot to ask if I wanted butter or any sauce at all for my biscuits it was still decent and can't beat the price.

I love it!! Prices are very good. Chicken is always perfect. I can hardly wait for the new one on Broadway in Eureka. If you like chicken, this is the best!

Would have been 5 star but only 3 other groups (1, 2 and 2 in each) and dining room had zero clean tables, grabbed handful of napkins and water from bathroom sink and cleaned one for us to use. There was a few cars in the drive through but had an employee dedicated for that. 2 people in kitchen area and 2 manning the counter...surely someone could give the dining room a quick wipe down. The cabinets were full of chicken, so they were not swamped. But food was great...hot fresh and tasted fantastic. Live less than 1.5
miles away and go here often; but usually drive through and often they are out of chicken (around 2 hours before closing) we will then drive to the Santa Rosa location and get chicken there. 14 mile round trip seems silly when there is this location so much closer...but when you want chicken, you want chicken!

The staff here are really nice. I haven't had a bad experience in the couple times I've gone. They give lots of hot sauce if you ask for a lot. That will be all. Thank you KFC for all things

KFC has made earnest efforts for a comeback. And they have earned credibility in returning to the Kentucky Fried Chicken place you knew as a kid. Juicy moist chicken...yum...and a few new things on the menu...check out the Cinnabon desert muffins...sweet!

look I don't always eat fried stuff I don't always enjoy a lot of fried things and egg sacs that probably need to stop now but when I go out to go eat some I occasionally eat KFC because they have that guarantee flavor that I look for that just wants to kill the appetite and then I can go on with my day I don't really like Popeyes too much just go ahead and Google why on YouTube or check it out a video on YouTube I mean and you'll see why Popeyes is a no go

Grabbed a bite to eat on our way home from SF. Been here before and David is the most hard working, personable guy in the place. Always friendly. Always concerned with satisfaction of his guests. He has a great smile and a good attitude. This man should get a raise.
