Gator's Dockside Windermere

Through UberEats What I ordered 10 wings, house chips, fries and sweet potato fries. The wings I ordered was suppose to be dry rub caribbean wings, but they gave me the wrong flavor, not sure what it is, tasted like buffalo but not sure... Despite not being my flavor of choice, the wings were quite juicy and not dry and relatively big. The house chips were really crunchy and not overly salty. The sweet potato fries were good as well, seems they didn't put salt on it (not complaining), the fries were like dirty fries, it had seasoning, it was good. Environment There was no dedicated space for parking to pick up (at least I didn't see it). The interior seems very friendly and welcoming. Niceness of the staff Very nice staff. I initially scheduled my order but was able to call in to get it earlier. Also for the wings that I got the wrong flavor for, the manager was very accommodating and I was able to get a replacement via UberEats very quickly. Professionally handled. Dollar It was reasonable. 5 wings were $10, but the more you get the less it is. The sides were 3-5$ a piece. Yes? I would order from here again.

Alright. I’ll be honest… the team here? ABSOLUTELY wonderful. But what we need to talk about would be the wing to price ratio because these wings are something. Where’s the CHICKEN! If I can eat 10 wings with one hand, not use the entire 6oz (guessing) ranch, and STILL be hungry? We got a problem. $15.99 for less meat than my pinkie toe? Come on. I’ll be back! But for wing night when it’s worth it!

Gators Dockside is a solid choice when you’re feeling like eating bar food. Their wings, burgers, and fries are the perfect addition to a lazy weekend. We ordered to go and the food was good considering how much it cooled down before we got it home. If you like mushrooms, the fried mushroom appetizer is the bomb. It traveled well and the breading was still crispy. I was worried they may get soggy by the time we got to eat but they didn’t. The tots stayed crispy too. There’s nothing worse than soggy tots so that warrants 5 stars in my opinion. The wings were cooked and seasoned very well and the sliders were delicious. The Bleu cheese burger was a bit over cooked but to be expected when ordering it to go.

Pretty unique menu items, not just typical “bar fair”. Huge menu lots of choices, and the portions are big and tasty. If your at a Disney hotel, IT’S worth the short trip. Much better than most resorts offerings. Only reason it lost a star is for parking being hard, it’s in with a couple other restaurants. Weekend parking is crowded.

Decided to come here since it was close to the Tibet Butler Preserve and because I wanted to taste some gator while in Florida. I thought the service was great and fast. I enjoyed the gator tail and wings. Wings were on a good deal that came with a beer for lunch. My wife had one of their Gator Bowls and enjoyed it. It is a solid regional chain I would gladly go back to.
