Did a walk in order on the app, when I got there the doors were locked. I called the store and got an answering machine. The drive through line was all the way around the store. I didn’t have time to wait so I had to leave without my food. You shouldn’t have walk in as an option if you’re not going to allow people in the store to get food!

Recently this Dunkin has improved. The workers are more pleasant and faster. The lines are not so long because the workers are more competant.

The newer crew gets the job done and takes care of the line In the fastest way possible. Drinks are made perfectly and they are extremely friendly. I used to wait in line for 20 minutes for a coffee, and eventually stopped going up until new management took over.

Don't do a mobile order for walk in because they don't have their lobby open only drive thru they should disable walk in option on the app or put signs up drive thru only

Usually very busy, but I love using the online ordering and drive thru for pickup. They had newer staff today, and they did a fantastic job! Our order was 100% correct and everything taste fresh and the coffee was very good. Hoping they upped their game as quality was a bit lacking the past few months.

Honestly, ive never really had issues with any dunkin donuts, I usually get a donut and my perfect dark roast iced coffee. Today it seemed this location only had one person working the pick up and drive through and she was doing great!

Drive through only. Only 4 varieties of donuts in stock and those were stale! Don't bother going here.

I have nothing to say about the food and drink because I haven't ordered from here for a while, but they should consider a new location due to traffic in dangerous locations. It's not "just opened brand new store" traffic, but an ongoing problem.
