Mcdonald's

Charged twice, followed my daughter through drive through she was being nice and paid for our meal, she told the lady she wanted to pay for the order of the car behind her. The lady charged her card for hers and ours then when we got up there she charged us again and we paid cash. My daughter messaged me to tell me since you paid for ours last time we got yours. Nope we paid for ours too. She called and received no help from the manager.

Waited 8 minutes to order, once up to the ordering menu I could barely hear the kid. Waited 12 more minutes to get my order. Ordered a Big Mac, med fries and a chocolate shake. Oh sorry the milkshake machine is broken. Switched to a slushie. Oh sorry the slushie machine is broken. Got a coke. Got home and my medium fries were small fries in a large box. LOUSY SERVICE KERNSTOWN MCDONALDS!!!

Under staffed, quality is not good on a consistent level .. I have given many chances and they keep doing the same thing messing up orders and when you say something one of the managers fixes but get very upset like its not there fault .. They used to be amazing, one of the few left in the area but it's like the owners or managers don't really care.. 🤔 On delivery orders you order simple things like extra something that there is a charge for and you don't get it and they have tons of extra charges online and they don't fix the problem it stays the same. It is truly sad that you get charged for so much but the quality of the service or staff is not good. They don't seem to want to take the blame if I am wrong I apologize I don't give them attitude like I get if something isn't right ..
