Bojangles'

Lobby closed before 5pm which lead to a 33minute wait (for only 10vehicles in front of me) yielded a box of disappointment. The breading fell off all of the "supreme" tenders, they were barely warm and hardly wider than their "cajun" fries that of which had no seasoning. No excuse for this, not even being "shorthanded because of covid" Terrible quality.

HIRE DEPENDABLE PEOPLE!! this is the second Bojangles that I've went to this morning and says dining room opens at 6am, i waited 20 minutes to eat inside and 6:12am still not open!! Then I call them to ask if the will be opening and they tell me 3 people didn't show up for work... I understand one no show but 3...

Don't go around 5 PM on a Wednesday. Sat at the window for ten minutes after I paid and got my drink, getting ignored as I listened to 3 employees talking about Isahana(guess I should've gone there). After 10 minutes the person that took my order asked me "did I already get your money?" And then decided to figure out where my simple chicken sandwich was.

They forgot my fries, you don’t forget somebody’s Cajun fries. This isn’t the first problem though, I’ve gotten my entire order wrong before. I wanted a biscuit sandwich and ended up with chicken tenders. I can kind of tell it’s going to be a bad experience by the voice and tone of the lady on the speaker menu. She murmurs her words and gives off very negative vibes. I think she needs to be tossed in Cajun powder to give her attitude some flavor bc she’s dull and kills the mood. She is not responsive and acts like she wants you to hurry up and order. I’m gonna start going KFC.

Listen I don't like giving poor reviews but this one deserved it, I love Bojangles and the one by 95 is where I usually go. My kids and I ate here tonight on Nash St. The food was incredibly old, the tea was rancid, and they forgot several items (we ate in). I didn't bother getting the rest of my items. I'm giving 2 stars because the workers were polite and somewhat caring.
