I've been ordering here for years and never had any issues that weren't immediately resolved for me. I always get notifications and the one time there was an issue with delivery, the driver accidentally delivered it to the wrong house, they were apologetic and refunded my entire order and redelivered my food to me at no cost. If you treat people with kindness and understandingb that they're human and things happen, they tend to be willing to work with you.

No marinara sauce. Ordered online waited 20 minutes before leaving to pick up. Didn’t start order/pizza till we got there. Phone rang off the hook and no one answered in the 20 minutes we were there. Not even a thank you, go screw yourself salutation. Literally handed the food over, saying nothing! Where is management? Where are the owners?

pizza was alright except 2 of the three pizzas were made incorrectly last time and when I let them know they told me that I either had to come in right then and there or deal with it. I had just worked 10 hours and drove an hour to get home and didnt want to go back out. Got told Oh well, either come tonight or deal with it. Needless to say the people who wanted those pizzas dealt with what they had, and I will not be going back to this dominos. Very poor service

As I have tried to become more health savvy- I only eat a one thing from Domino's- A meatless Hawaiian pizza.... Not Sure if Other pizza places sell a similar option bc the one from Domino's is so Good I've never bothered to check other pizzerias...

The pizza that I ordered through the app was made perfectly. It was even done a little faster than promised. I'll be headed back here again.

Speedy service , usually never have to wait around for order . Order is pretty much always right but they have no issues with helping fix if anything is wrong . Very lovely staff

ordered pizza at 1130. place closes at 12, waiting for pizza 30 minutes before my ordered was cancelled, every time i order anything from this store i either got to call cause pizza mot done or cold or wings not fullu cooked

This is my favorite Domino's in Wilson! The pan pizza is perfectly made, every time...and ohhhhh the cheese!!! With the online coupon, I get my Medium Pepperoni & Beef or Sausage for $7.99 + tax...worth every penny!!
