Dunkin'

Popped in here one time. What I got was fine but they forot part of my order. Possibly they seemed short staffed. A line of people and only 2 people working. I felt bad for them. I'm positive if there were one or two more working their service would have been better. It's only reason why I gave 4 stars. They were apologetic and corrected the orders quickly. Some places would have had an attitude these 2 kept their cool and fixed the orders which I liked. You can't blame them.

I get breakfast from here most mornings before I start my delivery job. The food is pretty good usually. With that said, the staff usually act like it's a chore to serve people. I got there at 9:30 in the morning on 12/12/2021, a Sunday, only to find them closed. Why? They are supposed to be open according to their business hours. Keep acting like it's a chore and keep playing with people's time and you will lose business.

Went to drive thru only ordered two hot coffees one regular coffee and one hot french vanilla and four doughnuts an plain old fashioned , Boston cream, Blueberry cake,and a chocolate glazed..the french vanilla wasn't right tasted horrible and messed up our doughnuts...girl had even repeated the order back to us correctly... don't know how it got so messed up...if not just passing through on a road trip.. would have definitely went back and had it straightened out... guess everyone is entitled to a bad day...not that we won't be back again..but definitely will check it out before we pull away...
