Great place, great service, but they really need to do something about the bagels. I've had two orders where the bagels came out too hard to chew. The staff was very kind about replacing the bagel, but it is embarrassing to have to go back to get a new one, and it isn't a good use of employee time.
Please consider if the bagels are going stale or if it is something to do with their preparation.

It's my favorite coffee shop in Wilmington. From the iced black and tans to the Mediterranean veggie wraps. Everything is delicious, highly recommend them.

Today I walked in, my phone was dead. I asked one of the employees if she could recharge it and she replayed with a smile that made my day. The stuff is friendly and they make you feel well come. I can see they love their job, i give all of them a 10. Adriano Falconi

Went through the drive-thru and ordered and absolutely loved their coffee. When I go back to that area I will be going there again.

Fresh coffee, friendly faces and wonderful atmosphere. Every single barista at this location is an absolute star and they're what makes Port City Java special. The genuinely great coffee is an added bonus at this point.
