Bagels are fine, I always enjoy the soup, good sandwiches for the most part. Honestly my favorite part of this place is the staff, there is a young brunette who knows my order at this point and typically has it punched in before I even get to the counter. Also a young lady with tattoos who is very accommodating and and works very hard to make sure her customers get what they need. I hope management treats them well.

Simply amazing customer service that’s unmatched. The employees are top tier and should be paid more. Specifically employees Kevin and Matthew have shown unfathomable committed to their duties therefore deserve proper compensation.

Had a great lunch today. Love the chicken noodle soup & the turkey avocado blt sandwich. The person who took our order was friendly and had a good personality! Side note, I prefer the Wilmette location over the Skokie location.

I like that spot because it is pet friendly, the staff is so kind in general and they have a variety of food between healthy and delicious. As well, the price are good and the food is always ready fast

The restaurant is kinda mid but the customer service is phenomenal. Kevin and Matthew are by far the hardest workers I’ve ever seen at a minimum wage job and deserve a raise.

Avocado hamm BLT was good but a bit cold. The hamm was a bit gray and not well flavored. Would recommend something else to eat. The lemon tastes good

Large soup easy fits to small plate. I love Panera, but this place should change a name and send employee to learn how to deal with customers requested. Minus 4 customers

Ordered green goddess salad to go. Got home to eat and the lettuce was old and brown. Tried to call (at 2:10 PM and was not busy when I just left) each number for order, catering, help, etc. and the phone just rang and after 20 rings just cut off. Unhappy
