Wow. Honestly I read the review and gave them a chance anyways. I ordered online to make this faster since I was just passing by. THAT was a mistake. I sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes before they got to me.Not only did they not know what my order was. Their fryers weren’t working so they couldn’t actually make my order. After replacing half of my order with available thing I waiting for them to give me my food for 20 minutes. I wish I never ordered online. I would have not stayed.

Long line.
Short staffed, but despite all the Karen's kid held himself straight and professionally.
Was just himself and two others, 1 from Chico other from Orland.
His co-workers had called off leaving him alone for the night shift.
Stayed to talk to them later, extremely nice!!

Always very very slow service. (45 min in the drive through or walk in). Even the app does not help. They do not start making your order till you get there.

Place is great ! They don't have much workers but their doing it. They offen forget to give me my drinks and sauce but still love them

These poor kids were so understaffed, took forever to order and deliver, plus they were out of coke. They need help. I don't blame them for the two stars.
