Elevation Burger

The place was very clean and the staff were friendly. However the food could have been better. My burger was put together sloppy, super thin and it badly needed salt & pepper. The chocolate shake was basic (not worth $5 IMO). The fries were very good, hand cut & fresh. And for a total of $19 I wouldn’t go back.

I really enjoy visiting gourmet burger places and thought I would give this place a try since I’m new to the area. The business was clean and comfortable and the staff nice and helpful but for the price, I found the beef patties lacking in flavor. They were moist but very plain flavor wise. The bun was nice and fresh but a little too soft and portions turned mushy as I ate. The fries were boring and on the over cooked side and don’t get me started on the onion rings. They were very thin, lacked any serious batter and again, a bit on the over cooked side for my liking. I really wanted to give this business a better review but sadly, these burgers, fries and onion rings are lacking compared to other gourmet burger establishments.

This is probably one of the only places I get burgers whenever I want one because you can taste that everything they use is fresh. The only issue for me is that they do not combine the fries with their burgers so everything is purchased separately which can amount to a lot of money. Other than that everything is great.

The food is honestly very good and the service was great but the prices are just through the roof. When the cashier told me $45 for 2 burgers, 1 order of French fries and 1order of onion rings and 1 soda, I was really surprised. Yes, granted, I needed gluten free bread and non dairy cheese on one of the burgers but I still felt that was over the top.

Love their food--- fresh, clean, decent. I get the paleo burger, typically. Sounds bougie, but really just means "bacon and guacamole burger patty wrapped in lettuce rather than a bun". It messy, yes. Quite good though. They also have healthier fries and onion rings, both of which are quite good when hot, not so much when they've been sitting. This particular visit, they weren't the most fresh. Great shakes by the way.
