I love this Starbucks! The baristas are SUPER outgoing and friendly, and they are helpful as well. The owner is always very sweet. The drinks are always made perfectly too! I just wish there weren't shortages so often, although I totally understand that it is beyond the control of the owner. I do appreciate that the barristas are incredibly helpful in finding me alternatives that fit me and my tastes.

If I could put zero out of 5 I would. I used to love coming here and the experience used to be very pleasant while getting my drinks. Unfortunately this establishment has gone horribly down hill. It’s a shame that I will no longer be able to come here because of the very poor customer service they have now. When I politely point out errors in my drink order the baristas are absolutely rude and provide horrible customer service.

They’re never open. They almost never have cold brew. I even applied there because they’ve been hiring for months and wouldn’t even consider an interview with me.

Drink are addictive, a little expensive and sometimes the drinks are incorrect. But love going there overall. Taken a star off for never being open. But on the website they are open this is the 3rd time this place is randomly closed unexpectedly.
We literally call the store just now the employee tells us they are open. We don’t even have time to make it to the store and the put sign up saying closed. Ridiculous

Ridiculously long drive thru line and lobby isn’t open for take out. One day the line was backed up to Harbor freight. And forget going inside, even when they’re open they won’t take an order or even acknowledge you. You stand there for over 10 minutes while they work on drive thru only. Not even a hello. I understand places are short staffed but this is no excuse for lack of customer service

This Starbucks has let me down many times. They never give me what I order, they rip their customers off by not giving them infusions. Do not go here.
