The scale Perhaps the best poke in vermont, they have super creative ingredients such as the gochujang mushrooms (which are a must in any poke bowl). Also, Their online ordering system works really well, and the staff are knowledgeable about ingredients

Both our Firecracker (Ahi) Bowl and Citrus Ponzu Shrimp Bowl were superb. All of the ingredients were incredibly fresh, beautiful and perfectly prepped. The flavor combinations were delightful.

The service was excellent. I showed up while they were busily fulfilling online orders. They told me it would be a 20-30 minute wait, but they were able to get it to me in under 10 and with a smile!
The food was fine. The ingredients were obviously fresh, but I found mine to be very salty. I had the standard bowl, so maybe another option would've been better.

I have been here multiple times and I will continue to come back! This is the closest thing you can find to good sushi in Vermont! Their tuna is fresh and their firecracker bowl has me coming back for more! Highly recommend this spot! Friendly staff and amazing food! 10/10

First, I want to mention that I rarely write reviews, but this place is certainly deserving of one! We were driving from New Hampshire and really hungry. I was looking for places near our Airbnb and found this place on a whim. I ordered online and we picked up the food and ate it outside. Everything about the poke bowl was amazing. The Firecracker sauce was delicious and spicy and the ahi tuna was perfect. Maybe one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten and certainly the best meal I ate on our week-long trip to New England! Sadly, we don’t live in the area.

Delicious.all the choices are good. And honestly easy access compared to downtown, I will be coming here more often.

FYI raw fish does not make it SUSHI!

A little hard to find the place, but the food was so good. It's pricey but they definitely give you your money's worth. Their dine-in is closed but there is outdoor seating for the buildin
