Wingstop

We entered wingstop and no customers were at the location. I placed a order of 24 piece 3 different flavors fries and 4 strips. 2 other customers came and placed their order well after we did. The other customers got their order before we did. We waited or 35 minutes. My wife went and asked what was taking so long the worker said she was waiting on the fries. From the time we got there until the time my wife spoke to them they had made 3 to 4 basket full of fries yet they needed to wait on fries for our order. Customers being served before us and waiting for a very long time was a big disappointment. Will not return or recommend this location.

I called in my order, the gentleman taking my order was enthusiastic on the phone and kind. When I arrived to pick up my order I was greeted by two black gentleman. They were both smiling and just so pleasant ! I’ve been to this location before and have had the opposite experience . Thank you for being kind and happy to be working (I’m currently unemployed lol) I don’t have their names but thank you so much for your kindness !!

I changed it from 5 Stars to One Star because there dining area closes early and randomly. Sometimes it has been closed as early as 8:30, other times it is 10 PM. Either way I work late, so this is one of the few places I could sit down and eat. So it is disappointing that Wingstop has continued this pandemic policy of closing their dinning area extra early.

If I walked into my store and witnessed it being run like this, I would absolutely be firing people. The service was horrible and the store was dirty and out of everything at the drink station. They hadn't even turned on the open sign. It is 1:15. One of the ladies interacted with us, she was nice, but still No one asked if we needed anything, which we did, like straws and napkins. Then as we were eating, a friend of the workers walked in and sat by the checkout counter and they all just sat around having a conversation, not paying any mind of their language or topic. I know the world is weird right now but this was my first time ever at a wing stop and it was a bad experience.

If I would I wouldn’t give it a single star, I placed an online order. Got notified that it was completed, arrived at location an food wasn’t ready, had to wait an additional 15min, finally got my order an it was cold and got my order wrong, THEY HAVE KIDS WORKING HERE THAT DONT KNOW COMMAND SENSE, get food from this location, my the extra drive an go to the Conroe location
