It smells and feels and parts (like bathroom door handles, etc) look covered in old dirty grease.... but the gal working there was so considerate she asked if we needed anything before she took a spare moment to sit at a table!
-- and I am SO GLAD all those alcohol/booze saturated/ Flavored foods are no longer on the menus! I quit going to Hardee's when they came out!

Picked up a Doordash order from the drive thru. Order hadn't been started yet which is fine. Fresher the better. Lady seemed annoyed by Doordash drivers for whatever reason. Like I arrived too quick. Said the wait was going to be 8 minutes. Ended up being less. Got another order while I was waiting. When she brought the first order out, I told her I had another. She mentioned another "long" wait. I guess it was that kind of day inside the store. Like it wasn't worth waiting. Just wasn't very friendly.

Just went thru at the drive thru and ordered a chicken bacon club combo. $14 later and still didn't get my tomatoes in my sandwich all they can say yea ok sorry. Please for Pete sake check ur stuff I've had so many issues with them

The manager in the am is rude I forgot tots and they wouldn't let me place the order at window my food was wrong. Overall attitudes are trash scrash bag. I'll never shop there again on my kids

Slow service Morning - Noon - Night. I realize many places are short staffed due to the pandemic but this location was slow pre-pandemic. I've sworn this place off several times, but continually find myself giving them the benefit of the doubt only to sit in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes or longer every visit. Most recently chicken tenders and curly fries were unavailable.

We get breakfast here 4 to 5 days a week. The service is usually quick and always greeted with a great attitude and a smile. The steak biscuit is the best.

The drive thru took a really long time. Once our food came out it was kind of haphazardly put together. The lady at the window was very nice though.

We went thru the drive-thru at the one located in Fountain Inn, SC & it was terrible. The sandwiches were cold, the bread was hard, & we only received one of our drinks.
I ordered the Frisco Breakfast Sandwich. I I would not recommend going to this one.
