So, stopped for drinks and just to rest. Surprisingly the employee was great we got free stuff no charge just told us to go it's good. Line was long, we waited over ten minutes with kids thinking he was glad to be rid of us 😂 we must've been enough for the day because as we're resting in lot we're watching cars pull up to pumps and people banging on door. They shut down about five minutes after we left. It's a 7/11 and they're going to do what they do. Odd experience.

They said I was trying to steal gas when the machine malfunctioned went in to get my pizza and tell them the pump was not working, the guy with the crooked eyes was very rude and was accusing my husband and 4 year old for stealing gas when I did not get my gas I paid for. Went there with 40 miles left with 40 miles on my gas tank, I paid for pizza and they threatened to call the cops because I was outrate because I was being accused for trying to steal gas and they would not give me my pizza I paid for!!! I would love for the cameras to be reviewer!! Someone needs to be fired! I'm out 17$ for gas and pizza and my four year old was without dinner tonight because they threatened to call the police before I got what I paid for.

There is no way to explain this place. I travel from Mathews, Va to Williamsburg for work sometimes. This has to be the nastiest 7 11 I've ever been to. Walk in the place needs to be swept and mopped. No items stocked, no fresh coffee. This place doesn't even deserve a star. But it requires me to do so that my review is posted. 00000000 stars!!!!!

I never realized how badly rated this place is until I had my own issue and am now reviewing myself. Went here to use the air pump because my tire was running a little low. As I’m using their ‘auto fill’ machine, I feel like the tire is getting MORE flat. Sure enough, it is not pumping any significant amount of air, and my tire gets to the point where it is too flat to drive to another station to fill. I go inside because they must have fix a flat cans like 99% of all gas station convenience stores, right? NOPE. They have 30 brands of beer, but 5 automotive emergency items. Unreal. I frustratingly express my discontent with the clerk and she fans the flames of my ire by yelling back at me. I was probably out of line raising my voice, but it’s horrible customer service to scream back at an upset customer. I probably could have been mollified by simply saying, I will definitely put a sign on that until we can take a look at it, and I’m very sorry we don’t have anything to fill your tire. But this was probably advanced thinking skills for an employee that looked like they had 10 functioning brain cells. Ended up having to walk a hour down the street to Walgreen to get some fix a flat and limp to another gas station. I see now why the gas is so cheap here, when you don’t ever maintain your equipment and only hire dim minimum wage employees, you can charge less for gas. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Saddest excuse of a 7-11, corporate should be ashamed trash outside nothing organized outside trash bags laying on the ground outside trash all over the inside of the store I saw a frigerator with exposed electrical wires hanging out that anybody could kick with their foot I brought it to the gentlemen's attention and he didn't seem very concerned at all no food made questions in a piece of beef cooked was told the oven was down their stock is almost completely gone coffee was out I ended up getting an egg salad sandwich that I'm honestly afraid to eat gas is really the only reason why this place should be open the owner should be ashamed they're surrounded by hotels in a tourist City and they don't exactly make you want to come back Williamsburg do something about this, this establishment is making you look bad

Yes this store is a mess inside. And out. The inside needs a good cleaning and products need restocking. And yes they are very short staff. If people had one oz of respect or dignity. They would organize and make that plan as a whole and straigten store and work that needs to be done. Together. - i beleive onenofntje reason the place is a mess like. It is. Bc. One person can not run all three shifts. One person can not take care of long inside lines and ring people out. When they are the Only person working A very busy store that has been left to fall apart. If you want to make a difference. Why not bend down and pick up that trash that some other nasty people just threw onto ground. ? Why not take on a few extra houra and take anpartime job to help the place? People apply and take jobs here. And have no concern. For buiness. They just dont show for work. Or give a notice Before you complain - why not do something to help? I was a complainer. - I gave it some deep thought. After going into this 7-11 store. To shop and buy gas. I thought the same thing as others. Its dirty inside and out. I am not sure whom owns this 7-11. But most people assume that corparate offices of 7-11. Own these stores. And that they care!!! Well 7-11. Does not care about these stores. They are mostly franshised stores these days. - they make there money. When the store collaspes. And zap. Once they do. They regain store.
