Absolutely WORST management. I ordered a Turkey Sub - They gave me Tuna - then when I called the manager lady with an accent laughed at me. DO NOT GO THERE.

I found the staff here to be polite and very product aware. Was recommended a vegetarian alternative which I enjoyed. I will visit again when next I'm shopping in that area

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. The woman the waited on me was rude and just threw everything on the sub, it looked a mess. This is not what I’m used to when going into any subway.
I went into your location again today to try to give it a second try. The short Asian woman was working again. She is rude, and then when she makes your sub instead of placing the meat on there the way your supposed to she just throws it on there. I got an all American club with 7 pieces of ham, two half pieces of turkey and bacon that looked like leather, the lettuce was half brown. I’m not exactly sure who owns this business but you may want to go in and retrain your employees. I work in the outlet mall and with this being one of the few choices out here this is deplorable. I will not be back and I will tell everyone I come in contact with not to frequent your establishment. 7/22/21

Whenever I take my individuals to visit the outlets we sit here and eat our lunch. Service is awesome and they never tell us we can’t eat there. The lounge area is what my individuals love...they make great sandwiches as well.

Just left this Subway. The girl taking orders and making sandwiches had a mask on; however it was not covering her nose. Given we are in a pandemic and there are mask mandates, you would expect that the person making your sandwich at Subway would be wearing a mask properly. Definitely not the case. I did not place my order. I turned around and left.

I went to this location to get lunch on my break. The woman making my salad wasn't wearing a mask or even one of those face shields. We are in the middle of a pandemic, and this store lets their employees, who handle food no less, not take proper precautions.
