Great service, great coffee, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The only thing that spoiled the atmosphere is some people don't know the difference between conversation and shouting.

Fantastic staff, I don't drink coffee but cold drinks and hot chocolate are so good, cakes are good and toasties and sandwiches are alright but had better ones for cheaper in other places

Staff were so lovely, welcoming to my daughter (age 4). Made her laugh. Very helpful with adding cold milk to ensure drink wasn't too hot for child & put in a cardboard cup to make it easier to hold
