Had a great experience out with the family. Staff are so nice and food was amazing. Our waitress Sophie helped with the menu, as our daughter has allergies and she made us feel really at ease.

Highly recommend the ribs. My wife was so engulfed in them, for the first time in 50 years she was actually quiet for once.
Our waitress Emma was lovely too, she took a bite out of my brownie to “make sure it wasn’t poisonous”. Thankfully it wasn’t, but knowing that that young lady was willing to risk her life for mine brought a tear to my eye. I left feeling so emotionally overwhelmed and loved that I willing let my wife sleep inside the house for a change.

Visited for a few drinks and a light bite with a mate, as it’s been a while since I last visited. Great atmosphere, well kept beer and just felt really friendly. Staff were very pleasant and attentive, especially Sophie.
One of the better pubs I’ve been in lately.

Fab food and fab customer service, really happy we chose here to eat. We all enjoyed our meals very much and a special appreciation to waitress Sophie for helping us with our little one and making the trip so much easier. Many thanks to you again. We’ll be back for sure!

Such a nice place, food was lovely and the service was excellent as always! Been a couple of times now, this time we were served by Sophie & she couldn’t do enough for us including having the patience of a saint whilst letting my 4 year old order his own food :) Will definitely be back! :)

Visited on a Thursday afternoon around 2.
We both enjoyed starters and mains from the Main menu. Bill came to £32. Lamb koftas and Prawn dishes to start. Gammon and pasta carbonara for mains.
Was a tenner for two drinks but that is pretty standard these days unfortunately.
There were a few people in but not too busy and staff were excellent. We will happily return in a month or so.

Visited with 2 friends from work for some lunch and a few beers. I asked the tall guy with the mullet, working the bar for tips on food, and he recommended the Frank's hot wings. What a choice. Amazing!

Its our local within walking distance. It's a very friendly comfortable place. Great cocktail prices, regular deals and reasonable priced food. No complaints at all

Since the last time we visited the service has improved 100%, dogs are now allowed in a small section of the bar area and the staff appear happy.
The only thing we didn't enjoy was the mushroom starter which my friend and I both had, they were very watery and didn't appear to be cooked all the way through.
One suggestion to make dog owners even happier! offer a dog menu (check out "The Maltings" in Great Sankey, our favourite pub, they are very very popular!! Well done on all your improvements, we will be back.

Visited today with the missus. The service from Aliyah and staff was fantastic. Made us feel really welcome. Checked to make sure everything was ok with our meals but not excessively like some places. The meals we had were superb. Very well seasoned and piping hot. And I have to mention the BBQ sauce too which was amazing.
Would recommend a visit.
