Sonic

I ordered a cheeseburger and chicken sandwich. Food was honestly a bit bland and unimpressive. It didn't taste offensive though so that makes it just okay. There wasn't anything really special about this dining experience that you couldn't get elsewhere. If you want a burger go to Five Guys or something. If you want good fries, go to Spangles. If you want a good chicken sandwich, go to any of the fried chicken restaurants. If you want to eat in your car or at home, just go somewhere and order to-go and eat in your car somewhere or at home. All better options in my opinion.

All I asked for was a breakfast burrito and jalapeno cheese tots and somehow the cooks forgot to put any egg in with my burrito. Like seriously, understand I don't write your checks but I waited an hour for my food only to get disappointed. Keep in mind it's a blizzard outside so they didn't have any customers. Truly ridiculous, never eating here again.

I keep giving this location a chance, since it's right by my work, but every time I do I'm disappointed. The first time I ordered from here, the food was so cold. The sauce on the popcorn chicken looked fresh, but the chicken was so cold I had to heat it up at work, after trying to eat it in my car. Disappointed. When ordering this time, the lady taking my order had a huge attitude and didn't seem to hear me even when I was talking loudly and clearly. I ordered one thing and then she immediately gave me my total without letting me order anything else like I had wanted to. So I guess this location just isn't great. Bernie, if you hate your job so much find a new one.

I love Sonic, but everytime I order here, they have an attitude with me. I usually don't care but today they wanted to lie and say they didn't have pickle fries. But when I went on the app it said they had them, I just think they were being lazy. Like if you hate your job so much, find a new one. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I guess I'ma just start doing mobile orders everytime now.

This Sonic has regular difficulty with order accuracy. It's not uncommon for items one orders to not be included or for the wrong item to be in the bag. Things are usually hot and the staff is prompt but there is always an error of some kind. In my four years working downtown I never got an order that didn't have an error of some kind.

A Sonic is a Sonic right? No, not! This Sonic has ruined drinks of various types each trip home for the past year, ( Caney, KS is the worst!) Here mozzarella sticks occasionally drip oil or are cold, 50% of X they're great . For the most part everything else is as expected. It's fast food. Drive-Thru: diesel? just shut it down because they're sound system stinks. I don't have this trouble other places. And since I'm usually pulling a trailer I do not pull into a stall.
