Mcdonald's

Ordered a mango and strawberry smoothie and they were tart. What the heck happened? Other Mcds smoothies are great , it's like they used sweet n low instead of sugar or the ingredients were expired or something weird. I also ordered the cheeseburger meal which SUCKS! I asked for fresh fries and they give me fresh fries mixed with old fries. Who does that ? They do !

They've made mistakes on my orders before, but I still enjoyed them as they were minor things such as extra fries, instead of apple slices... Somehow I still choose to go to this particular location although it's not the closest nor easiest to access, and I think because of its fast service and friendly staff.

Poorly managed McDonald’s at this location. Always have issues with this location and missing items. Food is cold at times and the drive thru wait times can be long. Probably won’t go back anytime soon as the last time they forgot happy meal toys, the sauces for the nuggets and my hamburger was not what I ordered.

The mobile app when using a gift card gave a code for pickup but after waiting in the drive-thru line at the window they said they payment didn't go through & they only allow 2 separate orders even though we had 4 different adults in the car paying their own. There should be no limit & also a notification if there's an issue with your mobile order before finding out at the window when ready to have it picked up. The cashier also looked annoyed when we asked for some sauces & to correct a Mc Flurry that was only filled 3/4 of the cup.
