Normally I don’t have any issues with this location or not enough of one to actually write a review but today was different. I had placed a mobile order at 4:40am and had expected my drinks to be ready since it was that early in the morning, the eta pick up time was 4:48am. However when I arrived none of the drinks were ready and had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my mobile order. I know probably sounds petty but I place mobile orders to save time.

Actually very decent stand alone Starbucks in Whittier. Parking is fine, drive through is well designed, they have a nice patio out front that is fully set up with umbrellas. Inside it was a narrow galley style walk through lay out, very busy with people including at least one homeless type who was sleeping.

They have plenty of spots to set down. They r usually not that busy except weekends. Afternoon coffee kinda cold u usually have to get a new brew..

Waited 18 minutes for my drink and still not ready. I had to cancel for I was already late to my daughters game. That time wasn’t within a reasonable time. It is a busy and big store for having only one bathroom also.
The staff was friendly though.

Add +10 minutes to the in-app order process if you order from here. Ordered 3x week for 3 weeks. Consistently slow, inaccurate and late for app orders.

Great atmosphere. Friendly customer service. The wait time is a little longer than normal, but understandable. Some of the items have not been available so I could have my favorite drinks. Other than that the drinks are still worth it. Nothing compares to Starbucks coffee.

Hi guys! Back in the Hospital in Montebello. I'm having Surgery on the 13th of this month. So I'm not homeless anymore. A special "Hello" to Diana. Hopefully I will see you all when I can get a pass to go out. Here are some Pics of my new home for now. I miss you guys, you are awesome! See you soon hopefully.

Barista was too busy gossiping w other worker, messed up my order and told me I had to pay the difference.. all other batista have fixed my orders but she made me pay the difference bc she wasn't paying attn to the customer. .. been going here since they opened.. she was upset w me bc she messed up
