Culvers

Culver's is a nice step up from the typical fast food. Orders are made fresh so there is a bit of a wait. They have a good selection beyond burgers, which are good. They also offer shrimp, cod, walleye, chicken, pork loin and others, plus great sides and ice cream desserts. The dining area is always clean and the prices are reasonable. Just bear in mind for the drive through that it's not real fast.

If Charlie and Angel are working, you will be in good hands. I placed an order indoors between 2 playoff games and it was a good chance to practice patience and kindness. The crew who was working did their best to keep up with the rush and although a couple customers asked for forgotten fries, while I waited, I also observed a well oiled machine of labor, co-workers helping each other out and everyone just trying their best. My order ended up being correct and the guys were happy with it. Thanks Angela and Charlie for making it happen on a busy Sunday evening rush. I am happy to come back!

I feel bad doing this because I've NEVER had a problem with Culver's EVER. Yes its more expensive than other fast food but I have ZERO problem paying $13 for a burger and some curds if it's good. And it ALWAYS is. Until 2nt. I'm kind of piecing this together on why. I ordered, pulled up, like we all do, had about 7 cars ahead of me waiting, then suddenly in like 2 minutes MY food was bought BEFORE any of them waiting longer. I assume there was a misorder of my burger and it sat there and they figured to just give me that one. NO WAY it was freshly cooked. And I still wouldn't care but it was dryer than any burger I've eaten in a long time. It was nothing like Culver's. If you're a manager at this shop I know you're busy but we are willing to wait. That's why we go to Culver's. Quality. Thanks.

Went inside. Just ordered a burger and cheese sauce. It took over 20 minutes. Looked very disorganized in there. More workers just standing around not knowing what they should be doing or going a snails pace. While a couple of workers are working extra hard and looked very stressed. Food being left pilling up and no one expediting the food. I even got my order before the people who had been waiting much longer than me. Very disappointed! I've worked in couple of fast food places and never seen a place so not organized as this one. If I could give zero stars I would because that's what this place diserves.

Ordered our food online to pickup in restaurant. Food wasn't ready when promised (7ish pm on a weeknight) and had to stand in line at the counter to inquire about my order. Staff was very friendly. Drive-thru was much busier then inside. Need better system for online orders and designated area to pickup online orders. Would have gave 5 stars if food was ready and available when promised.

Forgotten About and Lied To I placed an order for 1 frozen custard at 7:50pm on June 30th. I waited for 25 minutes and I noticed that people who ordered food and custards after me were getting their orders before me. I went into the store, waited for a little while longer and told the manager I had been waiting for a half an hour for my custard. Culver’s never made it and had to make it quickly. The manager told me I would get a free pint of ice cream for my wait but all she did was hand me my ordered custard and an empty bag with no voucher for a free pint. Culver’s will see this review and reply with a copy and paste response but that doesn’t make up for this incident.
