Dunkin'

I really have had enough with with Dunkins. I dont know what's going on with the dam lids. Every time I order a coffee I only live 3 mins up the street. That lid is going to pop off. I'm either gonna get soaked, burned, ticked off think I'm just just about about done with Dunkins. There not what they use to me. Just my opinion

Seems like they need help they'll take your order for coffee in only one person usually does the whole order everything's been perfect as far as the orders go but the weight is sometimes long not the best Duncan I've ever been to but not the worst either and by the way it doesn't have a drive-thru have no idea what the other posters are talking about.

This Dunkin is one of my favorite in the area they know me well and are so friendly to me I frequent this place near my apartment and there staff are lovely and young men and women working hard the have a set up with me we’re I automatically get free ice water with lemon lots of lemon and they have never once charged me recommend for all ages

I go to this location daily! 1st- this is one of the slowest DD i have ever been too...even when no one is in the line, i still have to wait by time i drive around the corner. And this is just for 1 med hot coffee..nothing special!! 2nd- I sat (in drive through window) almost 1 minute while the woman at the window was on her phone..texting. Im like really!! She didnt care that i was there. 3rd- Even when I am the only one i drive through, they cant get the order correct. I go to this one just because of convenience, but I guess its not worth it to them or me. Get a better manager to manage this crew.
