Very poor experience in both food and service on a nice Sunday evening. We were waiting for nearly five minutes to be sat by the 'wait to be seated' sign and then people who came in after us were seated first. Next, we were taken to a dirty table where our food was slow to come out. When it did, the app came out with the main food and the dinner food was cool. There was no bacon on the overcooked burger and the salad was so so. Despite having replied that our food was not good when asked 2x, there was no further comment or possible resolution offered. And this all took nearly 1.5 hours. I sure wish a manager would have stopped by our table...

Went to Wexford location..seated as soon as we came in. Waitress took our drink order and then when food came my coleslaw was just plain cabbage nothing on it..and my husband's tots where so over cooked the just crumbled into bits. The manager came over asked what was wrong and we explained. He seemed confused by the coleslaw and explained it should have been creamy or vinaigrette. We both decided to just get fries ..they were burnt also,we didn't even eat them.very disappointed. he did take 25% off the check but doesn't matter to me...I was and still am hungry.

Went here based on the tip from Grub Guys from You Tube fame! Let me just say, this place is very very good, greeted immediately by the hostess, sat at the bar, Kaleb took the orders and was efficient. He also patiently checked with kitchen on the GF questions my wife had. She got the bison burger on a gluten free bun and the fries that are GF fried in canola oil. She ranked it a 10. The others ordered apps and beers or cider and everything was point. Great tasting food, made with high quality ingredients. Great vibe, never felt rushed, great service. We will definitely be back more often for sure. Great location with easy parking and the outdoor space looks great also Gem in Wexford, North Hills.

First time here. I like all the options they offer, food was decent, but I did feel it was slightly pricey for what you got and we were here for a total of an hour an a half for just lunch which I felt was too long when they weren't even busy. There were only a total of 3 tables inside including us. Pictures show what we ordered and our bill after tip of $7 was $45. My food came out the way I ordered it but my fries weren't even the slightest bit warm, which was disappointing. The burger was quite messy because I chose lettuce, after asking the waitress about it, she ensured me it would be a large piece, but it really wasn't. It was more like several small pieces and one medium piece. Overall I was expecting to love this place but was not impressed. Not sure if I would go back or not, to be honest I feel I've had better burgers elsewhere.

Me and my daughter seen that they weren't busy,so we stopped in to try them out.We got our seats immediately and had time to look over the menu.About 5 minutes passed before a waitress came over to assist us.She seemed to be pretty bothered that we were there.Placed our order and the food came out fairly quickly!The food was really good,but the service part was simply not there.For some reason all of the waitresses were sitting in booths focused on their phones and looking very irritated.This could have easily been a 5 star rating,but I simply got no service while I was there.Kudos to the cook however!!
