Its m a Starbucks. Frappes have .7% coffee for 8$. Why would anyone review this high? Nothing special. Slow service. Go to Caribou down the road for way better coffee and service

This Starbucks is great. Everyone is so pleasant. Coffee was perfect. Nice patio for sitting outside if you wish.

My Chai was weak and I didn't enjoy it. Upon taking it back inside and explaining my dilemma, It was remade with 2 extra shots of Chai and perfect thereafter.

The employees here are mean to delivery drivers. I received an order this morning at about 5:50, which the customer had placed at 5:10. It's not my fault that Uber waited until I finished my previous delivery to even tell me about the order. That's how the system works. And if there had been an available driver before me, the order would have gone to them. I got the order about a minute before finishing my previous delivery, and I drove straight to Starbucks after this. Also, our employment depends on satisfaction ratings, and again, it's not my fault that Uber could not find someone to deliver for the first 40 minutes. It was really unfair for you to give me a thumbs down. I don't complain when I get a negative review for a legitimate reason. But this was uncalled for, and I will be avoiding your location from now on. Would you rather have had to wait even longer for a delivery driver willing to put up with your unreasonable employees?
