Starbucks Coffee

This place is THE BEST Starbucks in Westminster... or at least the closest one to my office and my home. The greatest thing about this locations is that they all know my name. I feel like I should have been on that series Cheers. I am not sure how they know my name, but they do and even when I am just picking up an order for someone, they retain my name and are baffled when I ask for an order for any other name. This place is great and reason why Starbucks does so well in every state. Super Interaction with customers, non-stuck up responses on any questions about what they do. Attentive customer service and saying hello and goodbye when you are entering or leaving. This place is great and as long as I live in Westminster/Midway City, I will always frequent this location, unless I get cancelled from my TV series....

Most of the time they make my coffee perfectly. But every once in a while my coffee comes out different (weaker) because I guess someone has a different perspective to how much cream goes in and they're putting too much. Too much cream just ruins the whole thing and I have to order another shot to fix it. I wish everyone would follow the same measurements.. their mistakes are costing me extra. I mean a triple shot drink sounds like they want it strong. 🤷 🤷🤷 p.S. I did ask a male employee to remake it he was rude about it and offered to throw another shot on top and it still was not right. I had to ask a female employee to remake it and she did it perfectly. So in reality I had to ask them twice to remake it because the first guy didn't want to. They always get mad to remake it so it is not my first choice to ask them to remake it. I'd rather go somewhere else than deal with their mistakes and attitudes.

It's a Starbucks, go there to get coffee if it's your jam. Typical Starbucks environment. Inside looked very clean. Staff was in a rush, might have been short staffed or very busy. Either way their courtesy suffered, but you could tell it was due to the situation not because they were rude employees.

It's starbucks. So not going to base my review over my drink (white caramel mocha and a kids hot chocolate) since the drinks are pretty standard. This review is based off my customer service I received. The lady who took my order was very nice and told me the wait was going to be 20 mins because they were very busy with the new promotion. (Christmas cup giveaway) 🥤 I was in no rush and with my kiddo so I had time. I really like the fact that as I was sitting there watching them make drinks every employee was hands on deck. Not one was just standing there. Moreover they were even shouting out the names of the next five drinks they were going to be working on. Great if you're in a rush and tying to figure out the status of your order. The place itself was clean and organized. I didn't get a chance to use the restroom but hey it's starbucks, of course it's clean.
