Prime Pizza

I ordered using door dash and the food I received was well overdone. When I called to speak with them about it they refused to believe that it was overcooked and claimed it was the seasoning. We received 2 orders from the the second one being perfectly okay. After talking with them for about 2 minutes they hung up on me and refused to offer a replacement or a refund. He even admitted to the food being “well done” and proceeded to say next time you order we will give you one on the house. I don’t plan on ordering from this place again and I would suggest you don’t either unless you like burnt chicken and rude people.

We ordered from them on door dash. When our food came, our food was completely burnt, and flavorless. My friend called the restaurant, and the guy argued saying “it’s just the seasoning! It’s not burnt!!!” My friend said “you can’t even see it. It’s so burnt!” And the man hung up on him! He called back and the guy continued to argue after asking for a manager, and said “it’s well done!” We didn’t order well done! We ordered normal food! Then they told us “next time you order with us from door dash, let door dash know what happened and they will give you free food.” No. We want YOU to correct it. You made it. They offered NOTHING for us. They hung back up on my friend and now we are left with disgusting food we four adults and one child) cannot and will not eat. It’s ridiculous. Do not work with this company. They are rude and will give you every excuse in the book to not solve your issue.

This place has gone way down hill! I gave it a five star rating last time, but now it's one! Besides the fact that the quality of the food has declined, I just stood at the counter for ten minutes, all while some guy behind the counter just kept looking at me. I asked him if I could place an order, and he just kept saying one minute. He wasn't even working, he was on his phone! Looking through the other reviews, I see that there are new owners. It shows. This place used to be awesome. I would get food from here once a week since it is literally around the corner from my house. I will never be back again. Which sucks, because this place used to have great calzones!

I ordered a delivery from them last week and my experience was anything except good. Food took too long to be delivered, my fries were no longer hot. My pizza had topping drooping to one side of the pizza. The man who delivered it was not a customer service man. He didnt even say thank you for my 7 dollar tip! Never will I order from here again.

This site is my preferable site. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. everytime I feel like having a superb supper, this place comes straightaway to my head. Great and varied food and a large menu.generous staff members, and pleasant mood. Also important, the pay is modest. I recommend this restaurant with no hesitation.

This place was horrible. I ordered a wing ding chicken dinner and it was so bad. The wings were not tossed in sauce and they were overdone along with burnt fries that had no seasoning. The saddest part was the cole slaw it was hot as in not kept at temperature wilted no flavor just cabbage tossed in the bland mayo. Never ordering from here again.

BEST PIZZA PLACE IN THE AREA!! I order here quite frequently and every time they are super friendly and have never gotten an order wrong. Also the quality and taste of their PIZZA and CHICKEN is AMAZING!! I have recommended to my friends and family which are now hooked on this place as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
