Burger King

I don't eat fast food often, only when I have a crazy day. I'm used to receiving poor customer service when I actually do decide on caving. Well, the service I received from O today was phenomenal. He was polite, up beat, and even used the Burger King slogan on me (that was a first). I truly hope he's appreciated.

I got a whopper here, it was fine but what I am reviewing about is the black guy that ran the drive through, I saw a guy return a whopper that was made wrong inside the establishment, the drive through worker gave him a new whopper and took the open one the guy showed him, closed the wrapper and put it back on the slide area where new food is put. So someone gets to eat a returned whopper that was opened and touched by someone due to shear laziness. That is a health risk. The lady that usually works the drive through is very nice, thourough and doesn't do shady things like this. That guy should be put barred from working with food.

This Burger King is the most consistently horrible BK in the entire area. I can sit down in a restaurant, have the waitress take my order, & bring it to my table faster than I can go thru the drive thru here. They mess the order up frequently, & the employees are just plain rude. It's gotten to the point that I don't even care that this restaurant is the closest. I will literally drive right past it in order to go to the BK that's 2 miles further away, just to avoid coming here any more.

WORST BURGET KING! Do not eat there. They are nasty. My last 3 orders tasted like soap! Their veggies are never fresh. Their fries are always cold and nasty. what an embarrassment to the brand. The franchise owner should lose his license. Do not even try and order your food via door dash or uber eats.. you wait 30 minutes and then they cancel your order. I hope this business fails and closes.

I came here last night for dinner. Waited in line for approximately 20 minutes. I live less than 8 minutes away and when I got home, I open the food bag to cold fries, cold fish sandwich, and room temperature chicken fries. My disappointment and dissatisfied is at its highest! How did I wait in line just to receive cold food? Like I'm willing to wait for better food. Such a waste of my time and money
