Panera Bread

Food is good but the place is dirty walkway ,seats, and carpet. The orders stay waiting for you on the other side of counter so if you fail to hear them call out your name you will have cold food the Dallas TX Panera's have a employees take your food to your table and not shout over everything like a McDonald's. When I come to this location the employees there are always friendly and ready to serve. The store appears pretty clean. Its just that if you make a call in order, the phone line sucks and you wait on hold only to get a busy signal. I always have to place my order in person. Other than that, its a great place for breakfast, lunch , or dinner.

This is yet another success story for Panera Bread. I have not gone to one that wasn't absolutely great! I love all of their dishes, drinks and desserts and let's not forget the coffee. I have never had a bad time or meal from any of the ones I visit. I highly recommend this and the others in the surrounding area.

Lots of options to choose from and the girl is very patient with me while I decided what I wanted. I had a couple of questions about my Panera account and she was very friendly and answered all of them. I got a free pastry for my birthday as well. The food was Fast and Fresh. I also enjoy their iced tea selection. The restaurant was very clean and well taken care of.

Ordered a dozen bagels with a mixture of three kinds of bagels. The lady asked me if I wanted random and I said yes of these three types. I ordered garden veggie cream cheese. I got home and had all of the types, but the ones I asked for and the wrong type of cream cheese. I called up and the manager said she would replace the order and put my name on it. When I drove back up there my replacement order was n nowhere to be found and they had no more bagels of that type. The employee that took our order the first time then proceeded to argue with me about what I ordered. When I started to explain the manager that was now on duty said well it must have been a miscommunication and replaced my money. No I'm sorry, no here is a .99 cookie. Nothing.... just made me look stupid. Not happy!!!!!

I go to Panera at least 2x a week, but usually more and have for years without any complaints, till I unfortunately went to this location today. I could barely understand the cashier Lyla, between her look of being unhappy, irritated or whatever her problem was, to the mumbling. Then moving to the pick up counter, I saw that the soup I ordered for our 1 yr old came up, so I asked if it was mine possibly(only assumed because the 2 people in front of me had just got there's) The girl looks at the screen and said " Nope". The baby was kinda cranky so I just wanted to feed her while we waited for the rest. Anyway, 5 min passes and she calls my name.... Guess what IT WAS MINE, if policy or whatever says not to let anything go till it's all ready fine, but just tell me that. So I get it all to the table and notice one of the sides wrong, so I ask the girl to switch it please for the correct side and she was just sarcastically "friendly". I seriously just blew it off, knowing I'm never in that area, and the one I go to never act like miserable little kids. Till the 10 year old on the way home says " those people were rude there", pretty bad my 10 yr old noticed. Hopefully you can either install some better customer service training or those who clearly hate dealing with others, go do something that doesn't involve their horrible attitudes.
