Panera Bread

I love my experience here at this Panera Bread before work, after my dentist appointments when given the chance out this way in the morning. Their service blows Sheffield Village’s Panera Bread out of the water when it comes to work ethic. The food was as fresh as can be, and made on time. Also, the coffee kept pouring without having to ask the manager to refill the jugs. Very convenient when trying to get to work on time. If it made since to drive to this location everyday before work for breakfast I would visit it daily. Happy customer here, thank you.

This Panera was absolutely awful! The service was slow, and the staff forgot to put in the butter for my bagel as well as my fruit cup! We waited almost 30 minutes for our order to be complete as the staff also forgot to finish my mother’s drink. When they did finish it, they just left it on the counter without informing me or my mother that my drink was done! My mother finally saw the drink, but we were extremely upset that we had to wait an extra ten minutes do to the staffs lack of awareness and communication. The only positive to the experience was that our food and my mother’s drink were quite tasty.

I have never ordered food from here, so I can't really comment on that aspect. But as far as the staff goes, what a great team they have running the show during the afternoons! You have no idea what it means to a lowly delivery driver when employees work together in alignment to rectify electronic orders that have a tendency to get lost in digital malaise. They were patient, courteous and effective in getting the meal that was ordered to it's proper destination without so much as a huff or a puff in the process. Only smiles and professional courtesy with a genuine will to make things right, and all this during the lunch rush! Feel free to pat yourselves on the back team Westlake Panera. You definitely deserve it!

This is like the 3rd or the 4th time my order is messed up. I ordered a toasted frontega chicken and there is nothing other then a pound of Sauce and another pound of chicken and tomato that’s literally it. Where is my mozzarella cheese, basil, red onions? This is the last time I’m ever ordering from this location. Even sometimes they don’t give the soup I paid for and I have to drive back 15 mins just to get my soup again,

I keep ordering hoping I get a different experience but for the amount of money they charge for sandwiches and soup, they seriously suck. The chicken noodle soup was basically just broth, bottom of the barrel nasty soup. The chicken salad on the sandwich was nonexistent. Everytime I order, it’s always thrown together. I don’t think I’ll order again from this restaurant.
