Dunkin'

Worst service, most disrespectful crew working on Sunday 6/05/22. Waited 20 minutes in line and ten more at the window to be handed someone else's orders not once but three times. After three times of repeating my order back and being asked if I was sure they finally listened. During that time the young staff was laughing and making comments constantly looking at us due to the manager egging it on. Guess it's all fun and games at this location to party while being paid to work.

Very bad service unrespectable rude with huge bad attitudes standing on line 😤 😒 completely ignores as #1 customer not finished my order,but takes someone else's who was after me very shity service makes customer stress,frustration,upset why????????and what kind manager or boss really training you that way to work with customers so bad place never again you losing another a great customers with respect even if i was waiting for 40 minutes those worker should never work or be fired in Dunkin Donuts 🍩 in route 202 Westfield Ma 01085 please do it right to make sure to fired those emoyees manager or to owner too so nasty place very disgusting 😤 😒

Dunkin Donuts located on 1056 N Rd, Westfield has gone down the drain. Every morning the line is down the road and they take one car at a time. Can't take orders to save their life. It's like DD Roulette "Let's see what they're going to give us today!". Since the older woman at the drive thru has been gone, so hasn't the quality of service.. better get her back.
