Mcdonald's

My Son and I went, to the Westfield, Ma Store. We have been there a few times already. The Store is extremely understaffed. You can't even ask anyone a question. If, my Son didn't like going there sovmuch, I would never go back. I was there today 04/13/22. This Corporation needs to think about the Customer.

I don't usually eat McDonald's, but wife wanted to stop...we got the bogo, big macs, order of frys and two drinks. The frys were good fresh, hot. The big macs aren't what they used to be they were two dry pattys, with very little mac sauce, on top of a bun that seemed like it was frozen before, the bun just fell apart, almost tasted stale...I shoved mine back in the box....gross. Ehh...maybe I'll try mcd in another 5 years, ill pass next time on the big macs maybe the frys an a drink thats about it.

I would like to cordially thank the good samaritans of the Westgate Plaza Mcdonalds branch for fighting the good fight by making the best nuggets. I have been to too many Mcdonalds chains on sad days only to receive even sadder nuggets, fried in stale oil and left out for a whole afternoon. I was starting to lose hope. My life was crumbling apart, nugget after sad nugget I started to believe I had reached a dead end. There was nothing more to life, Mcdonalds has a track record of kicking you when you're down.. I looked up at the Ronald McDonald statue and wept. My hair was coming out in clumps, my skin was pallid and melted off in sloughs out of sheer stress. Debt collectors started to block my number because they didn't want to listen to my sad story again. Until I came to this chain and they took me by my hand and not only lifted me out of that pit, but they broke the glass wall and showed me all the colour in life I had been missing out on. I won 29 dollars in scratchoffs, my skin cleared up, I passed my exams with flying colours. I sat on a bench and smiled to myself. The debt collectors even starter calling me again. Thank you, Westgate Plaza. Anyway there's a Taco Bell and a Big Y, the Mcdonalds drive thru was frustratingly disconnected but I imagine that is the waterfall that us measly koi fish have to swim up to reach enlightenment. A small price to pay on top of 8 dollars for the 20 piece and fries.

Suffice it to say I'm not a huge McDonald's fan, but every so often I stop and get a double cheeseburger but never at the Federal Street location, only the one down off Mohawk Trail. The customer service, prep time, food quality, Etc is day and night between the two. Mohawk Trail McDonald's is so much better than Federal Street. The overall attitude of Mohawk Trail is very positive, hard-working, realistic people, Federal Street they hate their jobs and they let you know it, they take zero pride in their jobs or customer service and let's face it customer service is not what it used to be. I'm 40 years old and myself and probably 80% of most restaurants these days have vastly different definitions of customer service. All-in-all if you are a fan of McDonald's go to the Mohawk Trail one he will have a much better experience and there's a 98% chance your food will be what you ordered. Federal Street you were talking 50/50 and it's usually cold and greasy. Happy snacking everyone

I’m currently waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes. I got to the McDonald’s at 10:44. I called the store and someone answered and said that “unfortunately we are closed” and hung up in my face. I placed the order online and showed up before they closed. Very disappointed. Horrible service. Horrible management.

First of all the guy at first window was rude to me, looked at the back of my debit card even though it has a chip there’s no reason to look at the back. 2nd of all fries were cold and soggy and 3rd I ordered a double cheeseburger and the bun was rock hard. I work at a McDonald’s myself and was shocked at how this one functions.
