Mcdonald's

Stop by this McDonald's about 2:00 pm today March 28 2022. Placed my order through the drive up. No issues placing my order. TWO 10 piece chicken nuggets with large fry and large chocolate shakes. ONE Double quarter pounds with cheese no pickles. ONE Carmel Sunday. Pay for it and pick it up at the drive through. Around 38.00 plus change. The issue is missing ONE 10 piece chicken nuggets. You would think that it's 2pm, not rush time that they would get my order right. Try calling the McDonald's to express my concern, no one answer the phone. .I would recommend that you check your order before droning off. JUST SAD. This is not my first time I have had this experience with a fast food drive through.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Customer Service is horrible and so is the food. There is an extremely long wait in the drive-thru lines and there is NO attention to detail. I ordered a filet of fish meal and a cheeseburger happy meal and ended up throwing the food in the garbage!!!! This location needs a complete revamp and that starts with Management and the STAFF!!!!!!

I come to this Mcdonald’s all the time I order the same thing every time. Sausage mcmuffin with egg “sub bacon” Today this super rude worker decided I can’t order that. She mocked me multiple times and would not help me with my order. I asked the next window if I can order the sandwiches and she said it is no problem to sub bacon but I need to order from her bc she’s doing the register. She then again said she won’t do it and ignored us so we didn’t get any food because of this women.

Food was okay and at a decent speed. Problem was ordering through speaker. Gentleman kept getting the order wrong on the screen even after we repeated it a few times. I assume he was the manager or someone in training. I don't blame him for trying being there's a labor shortage. That said, when we got to the pickup window he still forgot to add the ice cream cone we asked for when ordering. The employee giving us the food was nice enough to give us a free cone. She came in for the win!
