Dunkin'

I love Dunkin. I’m one of the best customers on the shoreline. At minimum I get at least a coffee each and everyday I go. This review is long overdue. I used to go to this store daily. It was convenient and on the way to work or errands. Ect. It’s gone completely down hill. The store is so dirty. The rugs need to be vacuumed. The floor is sticky and the workers are just down right rude. They see you walk in & the just ignore you. Absolutely horrible customer service. It’s gone completely down hill and I refuse to go back because I think they are that bad. If you do a mobile order. Check before you leave that you have everything you ordered. If not. When you speak up. You’ll get eye rolled at you and your food thrown at you. The disrespect is unreal. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but, they’ve done wrong one too many times. I’ll take my business to the Exxon up the street or other Dunkin before I go here again. Years ago this was the best spot. Not anymore. Get your act together.

I have never gotten such an attitude in my life for wanting to just get my daily morning cup of coffee... As soon as I enter the establishment I didn't even get to say hello before getting barked at about which kind of coffee I'm getting. I mean who was to know I was even there for coffee but I digress. After telling a girl named "Stephanie" that I wanted a large regular where she in turn says are you sure because I might just mess it up to make you come back... EXCUSE ME no... This place can get no more business from me unless somthing is done about this
