Rude! Rude rude rude! This is my second time coming to this Dunkin and both times was a negative experience. I ordered munchkins on the go and when I got to the window, she told me they didn’t have any so they can either refund my order and substitute it for something else. So once I chose the refund option, she said she cannot do that. I have to call the app and explain the situation to get a refund. You literally just told me you could give me a refund! Then the second time I ordered on the go and pulled up to the drive through the same Indian lady yelled at me for showing up too late. Just don’t waste your time here. They clearly need to work on their customer service as you can see from other reviews. Next time I will drive the extra mile down to the Dunkin off forest hill and a little past Florida mango for better service. The staff there is always kind and welcoming.

Today is 1 of the good days that I came into this Dunkin (because I don't have any here). Cashier Summer/Summar seemed to have been holding down the morning shift today & I'm grateful becauseI'm ALWAYS missing an item & the staff gets an attitude when you inform them! But NOT TODAY THANKS TO SUMMER/Summar!!

I order on the go from this dunkin 6-7 days a week and order the same decaf, hot tea and am nearly ALWAYS given a decaf coffee.

This is the worst Dunkin' donuts in Palm Beach county do not go to this donut place it doesn't have the donuts and the manager there is very rude service is not even a one it should be a zero please for this message to everybody to let them know not to go at this donut which is located on Forest Hill and military trail

Go down Forest Hill east just past Florida Mango for actual DD service.
These people are in it to usher you in and out as quickly as possible all at the risk of quality.
Note the time and NAME on the coffee as not mine.
They gave me an online order that sat for 10 minutes AND had pumpkin spice already.
After I told him it wasn’t mine, he simply popped the lid and dumped mocha on top.

The MAN in the drive thru was completely rude and impatient. I don't get coffee out very often so I had some questions while ordering. He was impatient during that process but got through it. At the window I simply asked which coffee had extra shot of expresso and he went into a rant about it being on the side of the cup! I looked there but still didn't see it in the second sticker. He was loud and hateful. And the food was cold. But customer service will make or break you. I will drive extra FIVE minutes to be treated better.. DD is on every corner
