Applebee's Grill + Bar

Picked up some lunch using curbside pickup and ordered on the website. Definitely liked the option for ordering for future pick up. And paid ahead when I ordered online. The only thing was that I got a message in text and I clicked and said I was on the way and then I clicked it when I was there and then I got the call that they just got the order on their screen. But it took only 10 minutes for them bring it out. So no ham done. Food is still sort of bland but over all not bad. We got the appetizer platter, kids chicken casadilla, and grilled chicken tender salad. Packaging was awesome. All the foods were separated and not mushy or soggy. Will I order from here again? Sure! If I get some more gift cards. Lol.

This lunch experience was decidedly subpar. It feels as if the staff hate their jobs. The service is slow in the worst ways. I asked for Splenda and it took 15 minutes to get. I asked for extra sauce which was delivered cold - to be fair she offered to heat but at that point I was over it. I’ve been sitting here waiting for her to notice I’m finished with my meal so I can get my check for going on 10 minutes. The food was alright but could have been much better.

I went with my boyfriend and we got seated pretty quickly, also sat at the bar. The bartenders were very attentive, I wish I took a picture of the food because it was absolutely delicious! I had the grilled chicken breast and double homestyle cheesy broccoli, next time I'll definitely take a picture because I'm going to get this every single time now. Compliments to the chef that works on Mondays!

horrible service!!! we arrive and ask for a booth while there’s 3 booths that were lightly dirty just needed to be sprayed and wiped. (who knows how long they’ve been dirty for) we sat for about 10 minutes and a server never came to even ask for our drinks while there’s a bunch of servers sitting at a table on their phones. then a server walks past our table and we politely say excuse me just to ask a simple question to which she rushes off and says “your server will be right with you” she didn’t even look over at us just rudely said that as she rushed off. we were just gonna ask for a kid’s menu but thanks girl!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!! BEST APPLEBEES I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!! Food was excellent!!! You have to try the Quesadilla Burger! YUM!!! My daughter and I visited Resurrection Day at lunch time and sat at the bar for lunch. Can't remember our bartender's name, but she was PHENOMENAL! Thank you! Just everything about this location was perfect! The staff all throughout the facility were so friendly and welcoming. And, you just got this vibe that everyone got along great! KUDOS to everyone for making this such a wonderful experience!
