Mcdonald's

This place is horrible! They mess up on our order every single time. There will be items missing, drinks missing, they’ll give you medium fry when you order a large fry, give you wrong drink or wrong breakfast item every single time….McDonald’s has started providing codes for reward items on their app and they never can get it. I will show the cashier my cell phone with the bar code or provide her the redemption code and they always say “it’s not working” ….im honestly tired of dealing with them because they can’t ever get it right.

Look, if you don't want to take walk-in orders, just put up a sign. Don't just turn off the kiosks and ignore someone in line hoping they go away (which we did). If you can't afford to pay your workers so that you only have 4 employees working, two of whom are openly rude, just close the dining room.

I made a stop here in the midst of a 12 hour drive back home. The cashier was very rude! She was speaking badly and lying to the manager after she cashed out someone else wrong and couldn’t pull up our correct order. She asked how much was our order and I explained that I didn’t remember the amount and she walked off cursing and complaining. The manager came to ask us what was on the order and pulled it right up. Others in the drive thru were getting out of their car to come back for things that they were missing from their orders. This place is completely ghetto and unprofessional.

The laziest location in the twin cities. Stuff “unavailable” on the app that is very clearly available they either don’t know how to work the app, or probably just don’t care and continue to be lazy. Can’t even remove mustard off the burger on the app. Is it that hard to do LESS WORK and not put mustard on the burger? Not to mention when I go inside bc the window messed up my order, I’m met with attitude by a worker who obviously couldnt read the receipt he just had in his hands. It’s just ridiculous everytime and always something in my order will be messed up. Just go to Thomas road I guess

We had a great experience at McDonald's this morning. Our coffee was hot! The bathrooms were clean and well cared for. The ladies were working very hard at the front and in the Drive-Thru. As I observed I noticed that they were making a fast effort to tackle the long line and they were doing a good job. I must highlight girl power! Thank you very much to these ladies especially Taki, Glenda, and Margaret, excellent job.
