Taco Bell

It's been a while since I've eaten here, and I mean it's good, but it doesn't seem as good as before. They're prices went up and quality of food went kinda down. I don't know if it's because I haven't been here in a while, or what, but the food didn't taste the same. Service was good! Place was clean. Just the food doesn't seem the same. Baja Blast is still on point though!

Taco Bell food is always tasty. At this location the employees are very, very friendly and it was exceptionally clean. This is not a big store, but it feels comfortable and all the clientele seem to be happy with their jobs. I didn't give it five stars because I don't think you can give a five-star rating to a company that sells fast food. It just doesn't make sense to me.

I requested for a bean burrito add beef and a bean burrito with no beans add beef and sour cream and a party box ( 4 tacos & 4 burritos) . The burritos that I bought additional where not made the way I requested , but yet I was charged for the way I requested them. They need pay more attention to how people request their order especially because they charge xtra for anything additional you request. I felt ripped off!!!!

I understand working fast food can be draining and difficult. I work retail myself and have to constantly deal with rude customers and working long, miserable hours. That being said, last night I order some nachos & a couple of chalupas on Postmates and upon opening my bag of food, I ended up finding a pair of used gloves rolled up and tossed inside the bag. There’s no way the Postmate could’ve done this because the bag was sealed the way it’s sealed between the time it leaves the restaurant and reaches your home. I can only assume it was probably just a fed up employee taking their anger out or they genuinely didn’t mean to throw their used gloves in there but I still wish I didn’t have to find that in my bag of food. I called and got hung up on the first time after I brought up the gloves but then after calling again, Karyna picked up and apologized for the situation, granting me credit in the store. So thank you Karyna (I hope I spelled that right) and whoever it was that threw their gloves in my food I hope you don’t do this to anyone else and if you were taking your anger out, I understand, I just wish it hadn’t been on me.

Such a great choice to start off the day with a Baja Blast Freeze from Taco Bell. I had to go to Kohl across the street to return an Amazon order so I was craving the Midnight Berry Freeze, hoping that this taco bell would have it to start off the new year. But when I pulled up to the drive thru, I saw the advertisement for the DragonFruit Freeze so that was a indicator that they didn't have it. But I had a second choice which was the Baja Blast Freeze. There was only 1 car ahead of me so it only took like 3 minutes for me to get my drink and leave. The guy taking my order was polite and had my drink ready when I pulled up to the window. Their Baja Blast Freeze was amazing, it wasn't too watery and was just a perfect slushi. I hope this location add the Midnight Berry Freeze soon since this is the closest Taco Bell to my house.
