Sub Shop

Was very disappointed. Ordered 2 full subs and 2 bags of chips payed over 30 dollars not including a tip. The subs didn't have 4 ounces of meat between the two of them. I'm mean there was 3 full pieces and a half of piece. Called left my name and number. Got a call this morning and was told she would talk to the girl that made them and that they are a small shop and they put on what they think is good. Well it wasn't good and she didn't try to make it better. No sorry no nothing. I personally feel like I was robbed. I will never support this shop again.

Well, I didn't order a sub and maybe that was the issue. What I ordered instead was a chicken caesar salad, big mistake. First off, when I pay $15 for a salad, I am expecting something grand. What I got was a small amount of lettuce (at least they could have gotten this right), and what I refer to as preformed blubber chicken, chicken that is made up of all sorts of parts of the chicken, then smooshed back together with a blubbery consistency. Unfortunately what they didn't give me in romaine, they gave me in chicken, and rock hard croutons, with a little bit or parmesan. But, the dressing was good. If Wendy's fast food restaurant can give you a chicken salad for nearly half the price, with a real portion of chicken breast, I expect more from a restaurant like this. My daughter ordered a chicken sub, and said that it didn't have much flavor. I know businesses are struggling today, as well as the paying public, but if they want to remain in business, they are going to have to try a little harder, and give you quality food.

Took my niece there for the first time as I have bragged about the Sub shop being far better than Subway or Quiznos and she just could not believe me until she had it herself. Needless to say she is now a dedicated sub shop goer now and says pish posh to your competitors, she especially enjoyed the giant pink sugar cookie. Amazing job, the food is always great and the customer service is so friendly, we definitely will be coming back again and again!

Hubby and I passing through Wenatchee when hunger struck. We did not want burgers or burritos but also no chains so happened upon this place. Very homey feel. Staff is nice. I loved my half pastrami and provolone. Hubby enjoyed his French dip. Half sandwich and whole sandwich set us back $20. It was good value. It would be awesome to have hot pastrami sandwich that was not a reuben. Irregardless it's great local business, give them some love and support.
