Taco Bell

I just came too taco Bell and my total was $14.95, I handed the lady $24.95 so I can get $10 back, even change. And the worker didn’t know how that worked and then proceeded to give me back $9.99 because I was off by a penny and then didn’t say anything to me till she gave me the change when she could’ve just told me that I was off by a penny. Keep up the great training!

This is actually a very good location. They seem to make everything pretty good. Not sure why I have to ALWAYS tell them to put the food in the boxes when I order a few boxes for my family though. Super annoying that they expect people to know what the hell is in the giant bag with 30 tacos/burritos 👎 But… once they fix that issue it’s all good. They are just lazy and I understand in todays world. Still isn’t very fun to have to tell them.

I went to this Taco Bell and was informed I had to use a Kiosk to order my food. I explained to the women I've never used one of these before. The women never offered to show me how to use it. I figured the Kiosk out myself and when my order was ready, had no napkins or hot sauces. I explained to the women who handed me my food, I asked for hot sauce. The women stated they had NO hot sauce at all. I told the women I have a hard time believing a Taco Bell has no hot sauce and were out of napkins. I might not be updated on technology, but I am updated on customer service and this Taco Bell has no customer service skills at all!
