Starbucks

My absolute favorite spot for coffee in town, yes even against the other three Starbucks. These folks are always polite and move like lightning when I order. Reading through these other 1-star “reviews” I see a LOT of whiners. Good grief folks, they’re just human and there’s 10000 of you at all times making mountains of orders and impatiently sighing and tapping your overly pricey shoes. This store and it’s staff are wonderful and if you disagree, as I said before, there’s so many other options for you to go be a big baby at nearby.

Used to be my favorite location. They did so well even during the holidays. I work right across this location and I noticed a drastic drop in service. Drinks don’t taste the same as any other location. Sometimes i could swear it’s only milk with a hint of sugar. That’s how bad. New employees every week too and not so friendly.

I used to love this Starbucks and the staff that came along with it. Most of the staff is new (or filling in from other locations) and they are just not the same. The vibe is completely off, they stare at you for a minute before even saying hello, and they are extremely slow. I'm okay with slow, as long as my coffee comes out correct but the last 3 times I've been there they have given me what looks like mud or clouds. Either there is no oatmilk at all or there is so much that is all you taste. No happy medium. Get it together Starbucks - your drinks are too expensive to not be made correctly.

Went to this location today and it definitely went downhill the staff they had today was horrible. There was barely anyone in the drive through but somehow it still took 15 minutes and once I got my drink I had to throw it away I order the same drink at different locations never an issue but at this location they just put old ice coffee in a cup and what seems as expired dairy as you could see chunks of white floating around

This is a really good Starbucks. The decor is clean and modern. There are plugs and USB charging everywhere, even hooks to hang bags. This is very mobile office friendly. There are also outdoor seating with giant umbrellas to save you from the sun. They have high seats, low seats, and comfortable cushioned chairs. The staff is great. I had asked what the dessert desert is and was told it was the brownie heated it. She wasn’t kidding it was EXCELLENT! Get that for dessert. You won’t be disappointed. My drink was done correctly and quickly. Staff is very friendly, but I just wasn’t greeted when I came in like I am at other area Starbucks in West Palm (Clematis St.).

This place is terrible. The intentionally take their time or only have one person making drinks for everyone that goes inside to order and will take forever. While the drive thru moves consistently and have three people making orders there. As if the intentionally don’t want you in there. Their coffee is not what it used to be because you no longer can add the right amount of sugar and cream as before and they always get it wrong. Their espresso in their specialty drinks sucks or they just don’t add the same amount anymore so I now have to spent another $1.50 for an extra shot. I’m done with this place. I’m ready for competition to come out please
