Like many others whobhave posted a review about this establishment, I was also fooled into thinking the operating hours would match what was posted on their website and on the door. Well, it's 5:40 pm on a Sunday, and they are supposed to be open for almost two hours, but there's no one here. Wasted trip and gas. The one star is for the misinformation. Either update your website, signs, and public profile or have someone working. It just irks me that we traveled all the way here to patronize your business and we had our time wasted. This was our first time, and our last time getting ice cream here. (Zero stars) I ordered a hot fudge sundae with chocolate chip ice cream. The ice cream was very mushy with no real ice cream taste and the hot fudge was Not hot fudge it was some type of cheap chocolate sauce. My wife ordered an espresso chip cone, the ice cream lacks any quality ice cream taste. We instantly regretted wasting our time and money going here. We wanted to try some place different, but we should have went to koboscos on forest hill blvd. Koboscos ice cream and hot fudge sundaes are tremendously better. My wife and I would have been happier getting a Sundae at McDonald's than this place. ( so disappointing)

Just like many others we were stunned that the owner of this business doesn't seem to care a bit about the people who travel here to find out the posted hours of operation are completely false and are not to be trusted. We had promised 2 elderly relatives who were both recovering from hospital stays that we'd bring them a frozen yogurt treat. The website said they'd open at 4pm (Sunday) so we waited an extra 35 minutes to no avail. During that time about 25 people came by and after a short wait left disappointed. Imagine the amount of business being lost in addition to the loss of good will! Warning: their website still says they open at 11am during the week but a small sign on the door says they open at 2:30. If you check these reviews you'll see that customers have been making these claims for 2 years. Be forewarned!!

Was here with some friends who said it was really good ice cream and I wasn’t disappointed. Ice cream was not the absolute best I’ve ever had but was certainly tasty and better than average. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was only 1 person working at the time. It was 8:00 on a Friday night so you’d think a couple people would be helping. Since only 1 person was working, a line of 6-8 people took 25 minutes to get through. Other than the wait, my experience here was great.

What a joke of a place! We drove 20 minutes to get here because supposedly they were open, when we got here, the light in the back is on but no one in the main area. It is 5:30, there are two signs on the door stating 2 different times, and they’re NOT open. Stay away and find a reliable ice cream place!!
