Quebrada Baking Co

I bought coffee at Quebrada and wanted to do some work, but the internet did not work. They were unapologetic and stated that it often does not work, that it is "flaky". I would not have gone there had I known that, as I did not just want coffee, but also needed to get some work done. Just a heads up so that you do not make the same mistake. I went to Cafe Nero down the street and the internet was reliable.

Clean, crisp, and spacious, the Quebrada Baking Co. is a delightful treat for a quiet Boston suburb. Located right off of the Boston Marathon route and it's intersection with Route 9, the Quebrada Baking Co. is able to serve it's delicious baked goods at 6:00 AM, a lot earlier than many other coffeeshops or bakeries in the area. Mixing small and large baked goods, a shopper is easily able to figure out if they want a guilty pleasure or a light snack. The coffee is a house blend made by Fazenda Roasters in Dedham, with a lot of other drink options. Some gluten-free options are available. But expect this place to be full of the tasty kinds of baked goods that use flour.

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter, who attends Wellseley College. She and her friends said the cake was delicious. The staff was super friendly. I had no way of getting the cake to my daughter on her birthday. It was a rainy day, and my daughter is a freshman, still does not know her way around. There was one staff member that went above and beyond. Bonnie, offered to deliver the cake to my daughter when she got out of work. I was so so thankful to her. When I visit my daughter, I look forward to going to Quebrada Baking Company. Thank you! Thank you!
