Mcdonald's

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and instead got a burger patty with onions on a biscuit. Like really? That's gross and ruined our Father's day. The other sandwich was wrong too. Had to throw it all away. We ordered on the mobile app so it's not like it wasn't on the screen right in front of their faces. How much easier can things get but yet, you all still manage to get every order wrong. They take the phone off the hook and breakfast is over so I can't even try to fix this for my family.

Stopped in just as Dining room closed with a van full of teenagers. Knowing that all those kids would take FOREVER in the drive-thru with individual orders, I knocked on the dining room door, and they actually answered! I kept everyone outside at the tables in front, but they gave their orders to a crew member who wrote them all down, and processed the transaction inside, before bringing everyones food out to them! Superb customer service! The crew members never once showed frustration or aggravation, delivering world-class service with smiles! For going the extra mile, I give 5 stars and 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up!

Always regret when choices and time are limited to the point where I need to eat something here. Got nuggets in an attempt to eat something slight more healthy from the menu only to get on the highway and find they have me ranch instead of sweet and sour sauce. Can't stand ranch dressing. Sooner or later I'll learn my lesson and just go hungry instead of making this choice
